My Story

My name is Dr. Ashwani Saini working as an Assistant Professor at Amity University. Noida. I have completed my master's and Ph.D. In physical education and sports science. I have qualified UGC Net Examination in 2007. After venturing into the sports industry working as a Tennis coach at all India Tennis Association, I have been Teaching Physical education and sports science since last 15 Years at the university and associated with many Universities as a expert, examiner and Board of studies member such as Aligarh Muslim University Laxmibai National university of physical education and sports, Gwalior, Delhi Pharmaceutical University Delhi etc. Apart from that I have been Qualified NS NIS diploma in sports coaching in tennis and also complete my AITA/ITF Level- I and Level II certification in coaching.

Through Life changing courses of Art of living, I understood the real purpose of Life and by Inspiration from SRI SRI Ravi Shankar JI, completed Happiness program level I, Level II advance meditation course and learn Sudharsan Kriya Shaaj Samadhi Course, Chakra Kriya, Shakti Kriya, Vigyan Bharav and many other lives transforming course. 

  I’ve been a CST Practitioner completing a ICST Foundation course from Sri Sri Tatva Centre of healing Arts Bangalore and a Consultant since 2022, helping my clients throughout the Delhi NCR area to achieve their wellness goals. I specialize in Taking CST personalized session, creating plans and providing the necessary CST holds and resources to guide, support, and assist clints in achieving their desired Health goals.
The essence of my work is to facilitate Inherent intelligence of body through various Scientific Techniques of CST To overcome people from lifestyles illness and to find health and self-growth by helping people to identify their core mind, body and spirit challenges, so that they can overcome them with confidence. Only then, they will be able to fully embrace who they are and where is the health and start living a happier and healthier life.
